These terms govern access to and use of the Forge platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Forge is a platform that helps create and operate businesses. Some features are automated; they replace neither professional advice nor your judgment as an operator.
You must provide a real, accurate identity, have legal capacity to contract, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Any illegal or prohibited use may result in immediate suspension of the account.
Sales processed through the platform are subject to the Seller & Payments Terms, including a platform fee. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
You retain rights to your content. You grant Forge a limited license to host and display that content to provide the service.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Forge is not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue, data, or customers.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law in Mexico, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of your jurisdiction. We may change them; continued use means acceptance.
