1. Real name required

Every business and operator must be identifiable by a real, verifiable name. Fictitious or misleading identities are prohibited.

2. Nothing illegal

You may not use Forge for any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or your customers’ jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited products and activities

Prohibited items include: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, fraud and scams, adult content involving minors, malware, unsolicited messaging (spam), and pyramid schemes.

4. Respect for third parties

You must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of third parties.

5. Consequences

A violation may lead to warning, suspension, or termination, and reporting to authorities where required by law.
